Kyungsoo stood up and threw a tantrum, “I don’t care. I want to go for a swim. And you’re coming with me. You’ve been neglecting me for a long time because of your training. You’re always listless when we meet up. Don’t you know how lonely I feel? Do you even care about me anymore? Do you even love me anymore?”

“Kyungsoo-ah, I’m sorry for neglecting you. But I’m really trying my best. I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t care or love you. And I don’t regret coming on this trip. We had an enjoyable time together.”

“But don’t you know time is precious? Once you debut as an artiste, you won’t have time for me. And I’m going off overseas to study cooking…I want to spend whatever time we have together.”

 As his head tilted back, he was met with a hand at the end of an extended arm, which connected with the small frame of a round-faced male. His heart began beating so rapidly; he felt his ears hum at the sudden circulation of blood. His body grew dizzy from the internal heat surging within him. It felt like the world was rotating around him and with just one connection of their eyes; Daehyun knew this was the partner he had been looking for.

While the mystery customer looks at the pastries, Jongdae feels his wrist buzz, and he is suddenly frozen in place. He had completely forgotten about the watch. His eyes take the time to actually look at this new customer, and Jongdae feels his heart stop. This is his soulmate?

“Did you hear me? I demand compensation!” Baekhyun repeated himself. Despite his tone, he was shaking on the inside. What if Jongdae rejected him?

“What..what do you want?” Jongdae chose his words carefully, uncertain what to do.

Baekhyun took another step closer to Jongdae as he leaned into the other’s face. When he was mere inches away, he smiled widely.
