Description: When Kyungsoo decides to tell his mother he's gay, she decides to send him to an all-boys summer camp. Kyungsoo is quite nervous about this, as his mother is the only person he has told, and he doesn't know how accepting the boys at this summer camp will be. Kyungsoo isn't the most outdoorsy person, and he doesn't know how to swim, but the camp members accept his flaws. The most accepting is a certain tanned younger male, Jongin, Kyungsoo's best friend at camp. However, Kyungsoo knows that there is more to his feelings, and little does he know, Kai feels the same.
Personal Opinion: GASP!!! This was sooooo good! OH EM GEE I. CAN'T. EVEN. This is actually one of the most touching Kaisoo fics I have ever read. Kyungsoo is awkward and self-conscious as most people seem to believe, but he breaks out of his shell at camp. I think this is so relatable. I also enjoyed that Kai is a sweet and vulnerable teenage guy. I think this represents how he is in real life better than many people's view that he is some sexy wolf. This was even extremely well-written and believable and the feels it brought on were nearly tear-inducing. I highly recommend!
